Santoku Chef Knife

A Santoku Knife is a multipurpose Chef Knife with an Eastern heritage as opposed to the classic European knife shape. The Santoku typically offers better precision in cuts but requires a slightly different cutting motion as compared to a Chef Knife. It is known for its three strong suits- Mincing, Slicing & Dicing.
